摘  要:本文分析CSP工艺下热轧汽车大梁钢(510L、610L)力学性能不稳定的问题,对两种型号钢的微观组织进行取样观察,并结合通过统计分析带钢力学性能的变化规律,排查影响因素。最后在透射电镜下对其析出形貌和析出相进行定向验证。对于低碳微钛强化的汽车大梁钢,通过优化钢水成分,稳定轧制速度,提高卷取温度和改善层冷冷却状态,增加了TiC的析出强化效果,有效提高了汽车大梁钢抗拉强度和延伸率的控制能力,减少了带钢力学性能不合的问题。This paper analyzes the instability of mechanical properties of hot-rolled automobile girder steel(510 L and 610 L) under CSP process, samples and observes the microstructure of two types of steel, and investigates the influencing factors through statistical analysis of the change law of mechanical properties of strip steel. Finally, the morphology and orientation of precipitates were verified by transmission electron microscope. For the automobile girder steel strengthened with low-carbon micro titanium, by optimizing the molten steel composition, stabilizing the rolling speed, increasing the coiling temperature and improving the layer cooling state, the precipitation strengthening effect of TiC is increased, the control ability of tensile strength and elongation of automobile girder steel is effectively improved, and the problem of inconsistent mechanical properties of strip steel is reduced.
