摘 要:基于磁性离子交换(MIEX)树脂单因素吸附水源水中溶解性有机物(DOM)实验结果,选取MIEX树脂投加量、溶液pH值、水中溶解性有机碳(DOC)浓度、吸附时间等4个参数为响应曲面实验因素,以Box-Behnken Design模型建立二次多项式回归方程,优化MIEX树脂吸附水中DOM的工艺。结果表明:MIEX树脂投加量越大,有机物去除率越高;溶液pH值对DOC去除的影响最大,浊度和温度对其影响较小;优化的工艺条件为MIEX树脂投加量8.1 mL/L,pH值5.1,DOC质量浓度14.55 mg/L,吸附时间73 min;优化工艺条件下DOC去除率的预测结果与实验结果吻合较好,建立的二次多项式回归模型可靠性较高,可有效预测树脂去除水源水中DOM的去除率。Based on the experimental results of independent-factor adsorption of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in water by magnetic ion exchange(MIEX)resin,four parameters,including MIEX resin dosage,solution pH,dissolved organic carbon(DOC)concentration in water,and adsorption time,were selected as response surface experimental factors,and a quadratic polynomial regression equation was established with a Box-Behnken Design model to optimize the process of DOM adsorption in water by MIEX resin.The results show that the higher the dosage of MIEX resin,the higher the organic removal efficiency,solution pH has the greatest effect on DOC removal,while turbidity and temperature have less influence.The optimized process conditions are 8.1 mL/L MIEX resin dosage,pH 5.1,DOC mass concentration 14.55 mg/L,and adsorption time 73 min.The predicted results of DOC removal efficiecy under the optimized process conditions are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the established quadratic polynomial regression model is highly reliable,which can effectively predict the removal efficiency of DOM in the water source by resin.
