摘 要:依据朱仙庄煤矿增设两邻近大直径煤仓硐室的工程实际,采用FLAC3D软件建立两邻近大直径煤仓硐室三维计算模型,模拟分析2个煤仓硐室开挖和支护全施工过程围岩应力和位移分布,探讨2号煤仓开挖施工对完成施工1号煤仓围岩应力及变形的扰动效应。结果表明:1号煤仓施工完成后,煤仓上下部收口处出现应力集中,上部收口和仓身出现较大位移;2号煤仓开挖、联合支护的施工过程对1号煤仓产生先卸荷后约束的作用,1号煤仓典型位置的应力和变形经历先减小后增加的波动变化。For the engineering practice of adding two large-section coal bunker chambers in Zhuxianzhuang coal mine,three-dimensional computational model of two large-section coal bunker chamber was established by the software FLAC3D.The stress and displacement distribution of surrounding rock during the whole process of excavation and support of two coal bunker chambers were simulated and analyzed,and the disturbance influence of excavation construction of No.2 coal bunker chamber on the stress and deformation of surrounding rock of No.1 coal bunker after construction was discussed.The results show that stress concentration occurs at the upper and lower closures of No.1 coal bunker chamber,while the upper closures and the bunker appear larger displacement after the completion of No.1 coal bunker construction.The No.2 coal bunker underwent the construction process of excavation and combined support,has effect of unloading first and then constraint on the surrounding rock of No.1 coal bunker chamber.The stress and displacement at the typical locations of No.1 coal bunker chamber undergo fluctuation change of decreasing first and then increasing.
