摘　　要：厚朴是药食同源的天然植物,厚朴酚、和厚朴酚是其主要活性成分。根据厚朴酚、和厚朴酚提取纯化工艺的试验和报道,总结两者提取和分离纯化的最佳工艺方法,为厚朴中活性物质的进一步开发利用提供理论基础。Magnolia officinalis is a natural plant with homology of medicine and food, and magnolol and honokiol are the main active components. According to the experiments and reports on the extraction and purification technology of magnolol and honokiol, the best extraction and purification technology of them were summarized, which provided theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of active substances in Mangnolia officinalis.
