推进科技扶贫与乡村振兴有效衔接的思考

摘　　要：做好实施乡村振兴战略与打好精准脱贫攻坚战的有机衔接,探索建立解决相对贫困的长效机制意义重大。以辽宁省农业科学院为例,介绍科技扶贫的做法与成效,提出建立科技帮扶服务体系、推动产业脱贫向产业兴旺转化等促进科技扶贫与乡村振兴有效衔接的措施。It is of great significance to organically link the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy with the tough battle of targeted poverty alleviation,and to explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism to solve the relative poverty.Taking Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,it introduces the practices and achievements of poverty alleviation through science and technology,and puts forward the measures to promote the effective connection between poverty alleviation through science and technology and rural revitalization,such as the establishment of a scientific and technological assistance and service system,and promoting the transformation of industrial poverty alleviation into industrial prosperity.
