摘  要:为研究不同亚高温作用下国产高延性水泥基复合材料(ECC)的早期力学特性,通过抗压试验、单轴拉伸试验、四点弯曲试验和断裂性能试验,分析了50℃、100℃、150℃、200℃4种不同亚高温作用下国产ECC早期抗压性能、拉伸性能、弯曲性能及断裂性能的变化规律。试验结果表明:亚高温有利于国产ECC早期抗压强度及断裂韧度的提升,其抗压强度和断裂韧度均随温度的升高逐渐增强;50℃的亚高温作用可提高国产ECC早期拉伸性能与弯曲性能;100℃温度作用下,国产ECC部分力学特性已经劣化,但仍具有优异的抗变形能力;在温度继续升高后,国产ECC早期抗变形能力明显减弱,但强度性能得到显著提升;国产ECC经不同亚高温作用后仍可保持良好的早期力学性能。To explore the early mechanical properties of domestic engineering cementitious composites(ECC)under different sub-high temperatures,the early changes of domestic ECC were analyzed under the action of four different sub-high temperatures of 50℃,100℃,150℃and 200℃.The test methods include compression test,uniaxial tensile test,four-point bending test and fracture performance test.The results shown that the early compressive strength and fracture toughness of domestic ECC were improved under the action of sub-high temperature,and its compressive strength and fracture toughness were gradually enhanced with the increase of temperature.The early tensile and bending properties of domestic ECC were slightly improved at the sub-high temperature of 50℃;Under the temperature of 100℃,the deterioration of some early mechanical properties of domestic ECC has appeared,but it still has excellent anti-deformation ability.As the temperature continues to be increased,the early deformation resistance of domestic ECC was obviously weakened,but the strength performance is significantly improved.After different sub-high temperatures,domestic ECC can still maintain good early mechanical properties.
