摘 要:采用不同模数水玻璃为硅源、以不同长径比的自制脱硫石膏晶须为增强材料,采用溶胶-凝胶法在常压干燥条件下制备脱硫石膏晶须增强SiO_(2)气凝胶隔热材料。通过微观形貌、力学性能及导热系数的测定与表征,分析了水玻璃模数及脱硫石膏晶须长径比对复合保温墙体材料的力学性能、隔热性能的影响。结果表明:采用模数为2.5~3.1的水玻璃和长径比为100~150的脱硫石膏晶须制备的复合墙体保温材料的热传导系数小于0.03 W/(m·K),抗折强度和抗压强度分别达到0.7 MPa、1.2 MPa以上。By sol-gel method under the condition of atmospheric drying,using different modulus of sodium silicate as silicon source and different aspect ratio of desulfurization gypsum whisker as reinforcement materials.The influences of the modulus of sodium silicate and the ratio of length to diameter of desulfurized gypsum whisker on the mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of the composite insulation wall material were analyzed by measuring and characterizing the microstructure and thermal conductivity coefficient.The results show that when the modulus of sodium silicate is between 2.5 and 3.1 and the length-to-diameter ratio of desulfurization gypsum whisker is between 100 and 150,the thermal conductivity of composite wall insulation material can be less than 0.03 W/(m·K),and the flexural strength and compressive strength can reach more than 0.7 MPa and 1.2 MPa respectively.
