摘　　要：新沙小学多功能厅屋面结构设计为半圆拱形钢筋混凝土结构板,为降低其施工成本,保证拱形结构施工质量和安全,特设计了一种只采用定型钢背楞和扣件式支撑架组合的支模体系。型钢背楞与扣件式支撑架间通过架立钢管和扣件间特殊连接方式,形成牢固的支撑体系,确保半圆形结构成形,内侧模板采用易弯曲的9 mm厚胶合板,清水饰面木纹板钉在胶合板上,可以保证清水饰面效果。采用此方法在经济上比较合理,值得类似工程参考。The roof structure of the multi-function hall of Xinsha Primary School is designed as a semi-circular arch reinforced concrete structural plate.To reduce its construction cost and ensure the construction quality and safety of the arch structure,a formwork system is designed which only adopts the combination of shaped steel back ridge and fastener type support frame.Between the profile steel back ridge and the fastener type support frame,a firm support system is formed through the special connection between the erection steel pipes and the fasteners to ensure the formation of the semi-circular structure.The inner formwork adopts 9 mm thick plywood which is easy to bend,and the fair-faced wood grain board is nailed on the plywood to ensure the fair-faced effect.This method is economically reasonable and worthy of reference for similar projects.
