摘 要:为改变在外立面外突内收的高层建筑施工中,传统悬挑卸料平台安装工作量大、耗时长的状况,发明了一种可变向斜爬的液压自爬式卸料平台。结合工程实际,对可变向斜爬的液压自爬式卸料平台的构造、安全性验算、吊装拆除等进行了介绍。该平台具有一次安装后自主爬升,可适应建筑外立面倾斜方向变化,所需操作人员少,无需塔吊辅助爬升,爬升效率高等优点,可在同类建筑中推广应用。To change the situation of heavy workload and long time-consuming installation of traditional cantilever unloading platform in the construction of high-rise buildings with protruding and retracting facade,a hydraulic selfclimbing unloading platform with variable inclined climbing is invented.Combined with the engineering practice,the structure,safety checking calculation,hoisting and demolition of the hydraulic self-climbing unloading platform with variable syncline climbing are introduced.The platform has the advantages of self-climbing after installation,can adapt to the change of the inclination direction of the building facade,requires less operators,does not need tower crane to assist in climbing,and has high climbing efficiency.It can be popularized and applied in similar buildings.
