北美冰碛性黏土地层的顶管掘进机研制

摘　　要：“冰碛”是指在冰川运动过程中,所携带和搬运的碎屑构成的堆积物。为了使顶管掘进机能有效应对北美地区冰碛性黏土地层地况,结合具体顶管施工工程,从“淤泥层用的泥水平衡顶管掘进机”与“针对冰碛性黏土层用的泥水平衡顶管掘进机”的研制思路出发进行论述,将两者进行对比,目的是使研制出的顶管掘进机能有效应对北美地区冰碛性黏土等复合地层。总结的施工经验可供类似工程项目借鉴。"Moraine"refers to the accumulation of debris carried and transported in the process of glacier movement.To make the pipe jacking tunneling machine effectively deal with the ground conditions of moraine clay layer in North America,combined with the specific pipe jacking construction project,the development ideas of"mud water balanced pipe jacking machine for silt layer"and"mud water balanced pipe jacking machine for moraine clay layer"are discussed and compared.The purpose is to make the developed pipe jacking tunneling machine effectively deal with composite stratum such as moraine clay in North America.The construction experience summarized can be used for reference for similar projects.
