摘　　要：本文通过系统梳理国际移民社会学以及移民创业实证研究的相关文献,指出现有的“少数族群经济理论”过于强调“族群性”而忽视了结构性因素对移民创业的影响、“竞争劣势理论”强调了结构性因素但却无法解释移民创业的向上流动性作用、“双层互动模型”虽然较好地融合了前两个理论但却没有突出市场和政府的影响、“混合嵌入模型”虽然充分考虑了移民创业者在移居国受到的个体、市场、政策三层影响力但却没有考虑他们也同时受到祖籍国的类似影响。在此基础上,我们结合当下全球化的大背景和跨国主义视角,提出了“并行嵌入”的新模型,强调移居国和祖籍国两地的微观社会关系网络、中观市场结构和宏观制度大环境的并行嵌入对国际移民创业的影响,并把分析的重点放在移居国与祖籍国之间的各层结构因素的互动关系上。本文用典型的个案研究阐述该模型的解释力和实用性,并对本理论模型的学术贡献、实证意义和该领域的未来方向作出相关的讨论和思考。Based on a systemic review of literatures on the sociology of international migration and empirical studies on immigrant entrepreneurship,this article has critically scrutinized the major concepts and theoretical models in this area of inquiry,such as the ethnic economy theory,the competitive disadvantage theory,the dual-layered interactive model and the mixed embeddedness model,and identified their major contributions and defects.From a transnational perspective in the context of globalization,we propose a new theoretical model termed simultaneous embeddedness and illustrate it with empirical case studies.We also discuss the theoretical contribution,empirical importance,and future directions of this new framework.
