摘　　要：通过梳理ABS塑料件的涂装工艺流程,分析现有涂装方法,为节能减排探索工艺变革途径和方法,创新雾浸导电处理工艺,充分挖掘机器人静电旋杯喷漆的节能减排潜力,并成功投入工程应用.Through reviewing the electrostatic coating process for ABS plastics workpiece,various existing coating process workflows were analyzed,aiming at energy conservation and reduction of carbon footprints,exploration of innovation of coating processes and mist-dip conductive coating process workflow.It was expected that the new process will fully explore the potentials of energy saving and reduction of carbon footprint of robot electrostatic bell spraying and successfully find its application in industry.
