摘　　要：针对棉纤维与毛纤维的长度差异大,混合后长度离散度高,混纺的棉/毛条易产生断裂的现象,文章采用精梳毛纺系统,改造生产设备,优化精纺工艺路线,确定加工工艺,开发出棉/毛50/50混纺纱。改造后的和毛机有效地控制了纤维过度开松,减少了纤维损伤程度;梳毛机顺利梳理并成条,有效防止了纤维缠绕和毛粒的产生;减小精梳机中锡林梳理区的弧长,不过度梳理,降低了梳理时毛条中短毛率的含量和平均长度离散;改造针梳混条时的喂入装置,实现毛条牵伸,棉条不牵伸。有效地控制了针梳机牵伸隔距大不能握持棉纤维的问题,解决了纺纱过程中的短纤落毛问题。该研究为开发棉/毛混纺纱具有一定的借鉴意义。Due to the obvious length difference between cotton and wool,and the high disperse of blended fibers,the blended top of cotton and wool was easy to be broken.To solve the above problem,based on the worsted system,the 50/50 cotton/wool blended yarn was developed by reforming the production equipment,optimizing the processing flow and determining the processing technology.It is found that the excessive fiber opening is controlled,and the degree of fiber damage is reduced with the reformed wool blending machine.The fibers are smoothly carded,and the strip is formed.Meanwhile,the fibers'entanglements and the neps are prevented.In the combing machine,the arc length of cylinder carding area is reduced,and the noil content and the average length difference are lowered.The wool top is drafted while the cotton sliver is not drafted by improving the feeding device of gilling machine.In this research,the problem that the drawing distance of needle carder is too large to hold cotton fiber is effectively controlled,and the problem of staple wool shedding in spinning process is solved.This research provides a basis for developing the cotton/wool blended yarns.
