摘　　要：为满足消费者对面料产品高档化和多功能化的追求,通过引入改性聚酯纤维S.Caf■、导湿快干聚酯纤维Coolmax和强力锦纶Cordura等新材料,结合环保型精纺染色整理技术,赋予精纺毛呢面料抗紫外线、异味抑制、吸湿速干等新功能特性。从条染工艺、纺纱工艺、织造工艺、后整理工艺4个方面分析讨论了功能性环保精纺面料加工技术的难点及措施,开发了功能性环保精纺毛呢面料,并就其产品质量指标进行了分析评价。结果表明:功能性环保精纺面料在制作各季套装和裤料应用上表现出特有的优势潜力及良好前景,丰富了毛纺产品品种,有利于提高产品档次和附加值,具有良好的经济和社会效益。In order to meet the contemporary customs′requirements of high-end and multi-functional fabric products,combined with new technologies of environmentally friendly worsted dyeing and finishing,the worsted wool fabrics were produced with new functional features,such as ultraviolet light,odor suppression,moisture absorption,quick drying,etc.,by use of new fiber materials such as S.Café■,Coolmax■,Cordura■,etc..The difficulties and measures of functional environmentally friendly worsted fabric processing technology were analyzed and discussed from the four aspects of strip dyeing process,spinning process,weaving process and finishing process.The functional environment-friendly worsted woollen fabrics was developed,and the product quality was analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the functional environment-friendly worsted fabrics show unique advantages and good prospects in the application of suits and trousers for each season and enrich the varieties of woollen products.It is conducive to improving the product grade and added value,and it has good economy and social benefits.
