摘 要:为探究可表征织物透气性变化规律的新方法,测量16款织物的实际透气性并依据哈根-泊肃叶(Hagen-Poiseuille)定律计算等速当量直径d _(h)及流量当量直径d_(L);运用MatLab进行7种不同数学模型的分析比对,根据输入与输出误差的平方和(SSE)、多重测定系数(R-square)、自由度调整测定系数(Adjust R-square)和均方根误差(RMSE)这4个参数来评价不同模型的拟合效果;最终选定傅里叶级数和多项式拟合为较优拟合模型,并建立了织物结构参数与透气性之间的数学模型,运用该模型预测分析了5种不同结构参数织物的透气性。结果表明:所得傅里叶级数模型拟合效果相对较好,织物透气性的预测值与实测值的相关系数为0.9825,预测误差范围为2.60%~11.21%,平均误差为7.06%,该模型在一定程度上能够预测不同织物的透气性。In order to explore a new method to characterize the variation law of fabric air permeability,the actual air permeability of 16 fabrics was measured and the isokinetic equivalent diameter d_(h) and flow equivalent diameter d_(L) were calculated according to Hagen-Poiseuille law.Seven different mathematical models were analyzed and compared by using MatLab software,according SSE,R-square,Adjust R-square,and RMSE to evaluate the different fitting effects.Finally,Fourier series function was selected as the best fitting scheme,and the mathematical model between fabric structure parameters and air permeability was established.Moreover,according to the structure parameters of six kinds of cotton fabrics,the air permeability was predicted and analyzed by the model.The model shows that the correlation coefficient between the estimated and measured air permeability is 0.9825,the prediction error range is 2.60%-11.21%,and the average error is 7.06%.The Fourier series model can predict the air permeability of different fabrics to a large extent.
