摘 要:为探究塑身衣的塑身效果和舒适性的平衡问题,参照人体工效学、材料组织选择以及脂肪可流动等原理对塑身衣进行分区设计,根据160/84B型号并按照围度档差-5、-4、-3、-2、-1、0 cm制作6件不同宽裕量的塑身样衣用于穿着实验,以5名体型符合号型区间的女性为实验对象,测试其穿着前后人体各部位数据的差异和压力舒适性。根据实验结果对塑身衣提出不同优化方案,并对各优化方案进行检验以得到最优设计方案。结果表明:在侧腰点附近部位使用罗纹3×1,在前侧腹点附近使用罗纹5×1时可以在保证塑身效果的同时提高其压力舒适性。In order to study the balance of shaping effect and pressure comfort of shapewear,a zone design of shapewear was carried out according to the principles of ergonomics,material organization selection,and fat fluidity,and six different body shapewear samples were made according to 160/84B for wearing experiment.Five females of 160/84B were selected as experimental subjects to test the data changes of body and pressure comfort before and after wearing.According to the results,different optimization schemes were proposed for the shapewear,and the final optimization design was obtained by testing the different optimization schemes.The results show that rib 3×1 using near the side waist point and rib 5×1 using near the front buttock point can ensure the body shaping effect and improve the pressure comfort.
