摘 要:为满足人们对伤口敷料日益增多的功能性需求,促进静电纺丝技术在伤口敷料领域的进一步应用,文章简要介绍了静电纺丝技术制备伤口敷料优势,从天然聚合物、合成聚合物以及天然聚合物与合成聚合物结合制备复合材料3个方面出发,详细综述了利用这3类材料制备的静电纺伤口敷料的优缺点及其相关的研究进展。从提高静电纺伤口敷料的功能性出发,对目前几种常用于增强伤口敷料功能的添加剂进行了分析,并对其在静电纺伤口敷料中的应用进展进行了总结。最后指出了目前静电纺伤口敷料在应用中存在的问题,为研发多功能静电纺伤口敷料提供参考。In order to satisfy the increasing demands of functions of wound dressings and promote the development of electrospinning technology in the field of wound dressing,the superiority of electrospinning technology in the preparation of wound dressings were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of electrospinning wound dressing prepared using these three types of materials and their related research progress were reviewed in detail from aspects of natural polymers,synthetic polymers and composite materials combined natural polymer with synthetic polymer.From the perspective of improving the functionality of electrospinning wound dressing,additives used to enhance the functionality of wound dressings were classified,and the progress of their application in electrospinning wound dressing was summarized.Finally,the problems of electrospinning wound dressing in application were analyzed,which provide a reference for the development of electrospinning wound dressing.
