摘 要:以氯化镨钕溶液为原料液,碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,在不同沉淀条件下制备氧化镨钕前驱体并焙烧制备了氧化镨钕,运用粒度分析和SEM等表征手段,研究了沉淀温度、沉淀时间、流比和搅拌速度对镨钕氧化物的粒度、形貌等物理性能的影响。结果表明沉淀温度为55℃,当沉淀时间为2h时,搅拌频率40Hz和45Hz,流比为1:2和1:3;当沉淀时间为3h时,搅拌频率45Hz,流比为1:4时,可制备出粒度为7~15μm氧化镨钕产品,满足客户要求。The(Pr,Nd)chloride solution was used as the raw material solution,and ammonium bicarbonate was used as the precipitant,the(Pr,Nd)oxide precursor was prepared under different precipitation conditions and calcined to prepare the(Pr,Nd)oxide,use characterization methods such as particle size analysis and SEM,the effects of precipitation temperature,precipitation time,flow ratio and stirring speed on the particle size and morphology of neodymium praseodymium oxide were studied.The result shows that the precipitation temperature is 55℃,when the precipitation time is 2h,the stirring frequency is 40Hz and 45Hz,and the flow ratio is 1:2 and 1:3;when the precipitation time is 3h,the stirring frequency is 45Hz,and the flow ratio is 1:4,the product with a particle size of 7~15μm(Pr,Nd)oxide can be prepared to meet customer requirements.
