摘 要:为充分准确掌握印尼红土型镍矿矿石矿物性质以及其成矿规律,制定合理的矿石选矿技术方案,对印度尼西亚某矿区红土矿和镍矿石性质进行了分析工艺原理矿物学分析,通过对该地区的矿物质的调查,以及红土镍矿在成矿时的普遍规律进行勘察。查明了该矿区红土镍矿的主要矿物结构组成和化学成分含量,主要研究矿物的粒度变化分布、Fe、Ni、Cr、Co等的分布特征、元素的状态。结果表明:该区红土镍矿中矿石矿物颜色种类繁多,以红色蛇纹石和红色褐铁矿矿物为主,绿色矿物绿泥石次之;石英、铬锌锰铁矿、磁铁锰镍矿和褐色辉石;同时在印尼地区因为地域环境的因素,红土镍矿的成矿大多位于印尼的北部,本文通过对印尼红土镍矿成矿规律以及成矿细节的详细调查,通过调查来探究详细的印尼红土镍矿的成矿规律。In order to fully and accurately grasp the mineral properties of laterite nickel ore in Indonesia and its metallogenic law,and formulate a reasonable ore beneficiation technical scheme,the properties of laterite and nickel ore in a mining area in Indonesia are analyzed,and the mineralogical analysis of process principle is carried out.Through the investigation of minerals in this area and the general law of laterite nickel ore in mineralization,the investigation is carried out.The main mineral structure composition and chemical composition content of laterite nickel ore in the mining area are found out,and the particle size change distribution of minerals,the distribution characteristics of Fe,Ni,Cr and Co,and the state of elements are mainly studied.The results show that there are many kinds of ore minerals in laterite nickel ore in this area,mainly red serpentine and red limonite,followed by green mineral chlorite;Quartz,chrome zinc manganese iron ore,magnetite manganese nickel ore and brown pyroxene;At the same time,the mineralization of laterite nickel ore in Indonesia is mostly located in the north of Indonesia due to regional environmental factors.Through the detailed investigation of the mineralization law and details of laterite nickel ore in Indonesia,this paper explores the detailed mineralization law of laterite nickel ore in Indonesia.
