摘 要:为了研究从含铜电镀污泥中回收海绵铜,利用酸浸剂进行酸溶处理后,加入石灰乳进行除杂,然后采用铁粉进行置换得到海绵铜。考察了矿浆浓度、反应温度、反应时间、终点pH对含铜电镀污泥金属浸出率的影响,以及不同pH条件对酸溶液除杂效果和不同反应时间对铜回收率影响。结果表明:在矿浆浓度为20%、反应温度40℃、反应时间2小时,终点pH1.5时,镍浸出率为93.2%、铜浸出率为92.1%,浸出效果较好;酸溶液pH控制为2.5h时,除杂效果最佳;脱铜反应时间为1h时,脱铜率可达95.4%。In order to recover sponge copper from electroplating sludge containing copper,acid leaching was used for acid solution treatment,lime milk was added for impurity removal,and then iron powder was used for replacement to obtain sponge copper.The effects of pulp concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time and terminal pH on the metal leaching rate of electroplating sludge containing copper,as well as the effects of different pH conditions on the impurity removal effect of acid solution and different reaction time on copper recovery were investigated.The results show that when the pulp concentration is 20%,the reaction temperature is 40℃,the reaction time is 2 hours,and the terminal point is pH1.5,the nickel leaching rate and copper leaching rate are 93.2%and 92.1%,respectively,and the leaching effect is better.When the pH of acid solution is controlled to 2.5h,the impurity removal effect is the best.When the reaction time is 1h,the copper removal rate can reach 95.4%.
