摘  要:目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定天胡荽中槲皮素、山奈酚的含量。方法:采用ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈和0.4%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为368 nm。结果:天胡荽中槲皮素与山奈酚的线性范围分别为2.51~50.15μg/mL与2.51~50.25μg/mL,相关系数分别为0.9997与0.9996;平均加样回收率为99.7%和100.3%。结论:该方法可靠、简便、准确,可作为天胡荽药材中槲皮素、山奈酚的含量测定方法。Objective:To establish a Methods for the content determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam by HPLC.Methods:The HPLC was performed using ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),and gradient elution with acetonitrile and 0.40% phosphoric acid as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.80 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,detection wavelength was 368 nm.Results:The linear ranges of quercetin and kaempferol were 2.51~50.15μg/mL and 2.51~50.25μg/mL,respectively.The correlation coefficients were 0.9997 and 0.9996,respectively,and the average recovery was 99.7% and 100.3%.Conclusion:The Methods is reliable,convenient and accurate,and it can be used for content determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam.
