加味四逆散治疗肝气郁结型抑郁症的研究进展

摘　　要：抑郁症是目前最常见的精神疾患,中医学认为肝失疏泄导致的肝气郁结是其主要病机。加味四逆散是由仲景经方四逆散加味而来,具有疏肝解郁行气的功效。本文通过整理相关实验研究和临床文献,从作用机制、现代药理实验、临床应用等方面,发现加味四逆散治疗抑郁症靶点多且有独特疗效,为肝气郁结型抑郁症的中医药治疗提供借鉴经验。Depression is the most common mental disorder at present,and the stagnation of liver-qi caused by abnormal discharge function of liver is the main pathogenesis in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Modified Sini powder is flavored by Zhongjing square Sini powder,which has the effect of soothing the liver and relieving depression.In this paper,the mechanism,modern pharmacological research and clinical application of Modified Sini powder have been proved to have a unique therapeutic effect on depression through the related experimental research and clinical literature,it provides reference experience for TCM treatment of depression of stagnation of liver-qi type.
