摘  要:在盾构壁后双液浆注浆施工过程中,因双液浆具有显著的黏度时变特性,导致盾尾间隙难以被填充完全。为深入探讨双液浆黏度时变性和施工参数对浆液填充扩散情况的影响,根据下沙隧道工程注浆工艺及参数,基于有限元软件COMSOL创建了盾尾壁后注浆局部模型。通过控制变量,分析了浆液黏度时变性、入口注浆压力和注浆孔位置对注浆扩散形态的影响,并给出了不同条件下浆液速度场和压力场的演化规律。试验结果表明:浆液填充速度与浆液黏度呈负相关关系,考虑浆液黏度时变性后,浆液后期填充速度显著减慢,浆液填充整体表现出先快后慢的发展趋势;浆液填充速度与入口注浆压力呈正相关关系;不同位置注浆孔的局部注浆形态存在较大的差异,这主要是受浆液自身重力的影响所致。In the process of cement and sodium silicate(C-S)mixed slurry grouting after shield wall,it is difficult to fill the gap of the shield tail completely because of the time-dependent viscosity of C-S mixed slurry.In order to deeply explore the influence of construction parameters on the diffusion form of C-S mixed grout,a local model of backfill grouting is constructed from the finite element software COMSOL according to the grouting technology and parameters of the tunnel project in the Xiasha District.By controlling variables,the effects of time-dependent viscosity of slurry,constant pressure of entrance grouting and location of grouting inlet are analyzed and the evolution law of the grout velocity field and pressure field under different conditions is given.The results show that the velocity of slurry diffusion is negatively correlated to the viscosity of slurry.When the time-dependent viscosity of slurry is considered,slurry diffuses quickly at the early stage and slowly at the later stage and the velocity of slurry diffusion is positively correlated to the entrance grouting pressure.The local grouting forms of grouting inlets are different at different positions,which is mainly caused by the self-weight of slurry.
