摘 要:盾构法作为城市区间隧道常用的施工方法,具有工期短和自动化程度高等优点,然而当盾构机在城市地层中掘进时,会对隧道及周围土体造成振动影响,甚至会透过建筑基础造成环境振动污染。为了研究盾构掘进时机体振动的主要影响因素,以浙江省杭州市某城市道路改建工程为背景,选取盾构机在软土地层和上软下硬复合地层掘进的典型工况,分析主要施工参数和地层条件等主客观因素对机体振动的影响。研究结果表明:软土地层盾构的机体振速为0.1~1.0 mm/s,上软下硬复合地层的机体振速为0.4~2.5 mm/s,上软下硬复合地层竖向振速峰值有显著的增加趋势;盾构机扭矩和总推力是盾构机振动的主要影响因素。As a commonly-used construction method of tunnel excavation,the shield construction technology has been widely used in urban underground tunnel construction because of its advantages,such as short construction time and high degree of automation.However,when a large diameter shield tunnel is constructed in urban underground strata,excessive vibration may occur due to tunneling effects generated by the tunnel boring machine,which may exert negative effects on nearby buildings.To investigate the main influencing factors,this paper analyzes the effect of construction parameters and stratum conditions on the vibrations generated by the tunnel boring machine,based on a tunnel project in Hangzhou.The research results show that in a soft soil ground,the peak velocity response of the tunnel boring machine is around 0.1 to 1.0 mm/s while the peak value can be up to 0.4 to 2.5 mm/s in a soft-hard composite ground.Due to the increase of elastic modulus of the soft-hard composite ground,the peak vibration velocity of the tunnel boring machine increases substantially.Among these influencing factors,the torque moment and total thrust exerted on the tunnel face are the most important ones influencing the vibrations of the tunnel boring machine.
