摘　　要：《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》指出,全党要牢记中国共产党是什么、要干什么这个根本问题,决不能在根本问题上出现颠覆性错误。从学理上来看,“是什么、要干什么”回答了中国共产党为什么要存在的问题、如何实现自身价值的问题和如何赢得未来的问题。在中国特色社会主义新时代,中国共产党人只有学懂、弄通这个根本问题,才会增强不忘初心、牢记使命的历史自觉性和行为主动性。The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Great Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party’s Hundred Years’ Struggle points out that the whole Party should keep in mind the fundamental question of what CPC is and what it wants to do,and never make subversive mistakes on the fundamental question. Theoretically speaking, " What is it and what to do" answers the question of why CPC exists,how CPC realizes its own value,and how CPC wins the future. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,only by learning and understanding this fundamental problem can they enhance their historical consciousness and initiative to never forget their original intention and remember their mission.
