摘  要:基于某款1.5 L汽油机配备催化型汽油机颗粒捕集器(GPF)的台架试验,进行下一代GPF在不同碳载量和GPF入口温度下的减速断油再生特性研究,并与现阶段在用GPF进行对比.结果表明:再生过程断油后,载体的中心温度呈指数式上升,随着再生时间延长,温度逐渐趋于平缓;载体内部的温度分布为轴向位置上入口温度较低,靠近出口温度高;径向位置出现中间高、边缘低的趋势,边缘与载体中心温度差异较大;GPF载体内部最高温度随着颗粒物质量的增加而升高,最大温度梯度也随之增加;在碳载量为6 g/L、GPF入口温度为650℃下进行断油再生时,载体内部的的最高温度和最大温度梯度超过载体耐受限值,应予以关注.Based on the bench test of a 1.5 L gasoline engine equipped with a catalytic gasoline particulate filter(GPF),the regeneration characteristics under different soot loading and temperature were studied for developing the next generation GPF by comparing with the GPF currently in use.The results show that,after the fuel cutoff during the regeneration process,the central temperature of the sample increases exponentially,and with the extension of the regeneration time,the temperature gradually tends to be flat.The temperature distribution inside the sample is that the inlet temperature at the axial position is low and the temperature near the outlet is high.The radial position shows the tendency of high middle and low edge,and the difference of the temperature between the edge and the sample center is large.The maximum temperature inside the GPF increases with the increase of particle mass,and the maximum temperature gradient also increases.When the soot loading reaches 6 g/L,the maximum temperature and maximum temperature gradient inside the GPF exceed the tolerance limit of the GPF when the fuel cut-off regeneration is carried out at 650℃,which should be paid attention.
