摘　　要：为明确2甲4氯异辛酯、双氟磺草胺与烟嘧磺隆复配对玉米田杂草的联合除草作用,采用室内生物测定法,研究了复配制剂的联合作用类型,并对复配制剂进行田间药效试验。温室盆栽试验结果显示:2甲4氯异辛酯、双氟磺草胺与烟嘧磺隆按不同配比复配后,对一年生杂草稗草、马唐、鳢肠、反枝苋、异型莎草均表现出加成或增效作用。其中,2甲4氯异辛酯、双氟磺草胺与烟嘧磺隆按质量比40∶1.5∶11复配后的除草活性最佳。田间药效试验结果显示:2甲4氯异辛酯、双氟磺草胺与烟嘧磺隆复配后对马唐、牛筋草、马齿苋、反枝苋均有很好的防除效果且对玉米安全。综合分析,2甲4氯异辛酯、双氟磺草胺与烟嘧磺隆复配效果显著,对玉米使用安全。The weed control efficacy of combinations of MCPA-isooctyl,florasulam and nicosulfuron was evaluated.Whole-plant dose response experiments were conducted in greenhouse to evaluate the joint effect type.Weed control efficacy of mixtures was also investigated in fields.The results of greenhouse study showed that the joint effect type was either additive or synergistic when MCPA-isooctyl,florasulam and nicosulfuron were mixed in the case of Echinochloa crusgalli,Digitaria sanguinalis,Eclipta prostrata,Amaranthus retroflexus,Cyperus difformis.The mass ratio of 40∶1.5∶11 had the best effects.The results of field experiment showed that the mixtures of MCPA-isooctyl,florasulam and nicosulfuron had good efficacy against D.sanguinalis,Eleusine indica,Portulaca oleracea,A.retroflexus and were safe to corn.By Comprehensive cmalysis,the weed control effect of MCPA-isooctyl,florasulam and nicosulfuron mixture is sigrificant,and it is safe to corn.
