摘  要:采用菌丝生长速率法评价草莓镰刀型根腐病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)对4种常用杀菌剂的敏感性,为草莓根腐病的科学防治提供理论指导。结果显示:不同供试菌株对氰烯菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、吡唑醚菌酯和福美双的敏感性存在差异,其EC50值分别为0.0582~5.0350μg·mL^(-1),0.0385~5.0793μg·mL^(-1),1.5224~17.7860μg·mL^(-1),3.8211~17.2538μg·mL^(-1)。其中菌株WQ1对氰烯菌酯和WQ4对福美双的敏感性均最低,而WQ3对这2种杀菌剂最敏感;WQ7对苯醚甲环唑和WQ2对吡唑醚菌酯的敏感性均最低,而对苯醚甲环唑和吡唑醚菌酯最敏感的菌株分别是WQ5和WQ1。系统聚类分析结果表明,供试菌株仅对福美双的敏感性存在明显的地区性差异。To provide the oretical guidance for controlling strawberry root rot disease,the sensitivity of strawberry root rot pathogen Fusarium oxysporum to 4 fungicides were determined according to the rates of the mycelia growth of Fusarium oxysporumin media containing the fungicides.The results showed the sensitivity of the tested isolates varied,and the EC50 values of JS399-19,difenoconazole,pyraclostrobin and thiram were 0.0582-5.0350μg·mL^(-1),0.0385-5.0793μg·mL^(-1),1.5224-17.7860μg·mL^(-1) and 3.8211-17.2538μg·mL^(-1),respectively.The sensitivity of isolate WQ1 to JS399-19 and WQ4 to thiram were both the lowest,the isolate WQ3 were both the most sensitive to these two fungicides.The sensitivity of isolate WQ7 to difenoconazole and isolate WQ2 to pyraclostrobin were both the lowest,and the most sensitive isolates to difenoconazoleand pyraclostrobin were isolate WQ5 and WQ1,respectively.Furtherly,system cluster analysis indicated that significantly difference among different areas were only found in sensitivity of isolates to thiram.
