摘 要:为明确天津市静海地区茄子枯萎病的病原种类,并鉴定其对8种杀菌剂的药剂敏感性,采用组织分离法获得病原菌,并通过柯赫氏法则验证其致病力,依据菌株形态学特征和分子鉴定明确天津地区茄子枯萎病的病原为尖孢镰孢菌(Fusariumo xysporum)。采用菌丝生长速率法测定了8种杀菌剂对致病病原的敏感性。结果表明:氟啶胺、咪鲜胺、戊唑醇等对茄子枯萎病均具有较好的抑制作用,其病原对氟啶胺最为敏感,EC_(50)为0.020 mg·L^(-1);而多菌灵和苯醚甲环唑的抑菌效果较差,生产上不推荐使用。This study amis to identify the pathogen causing eggplant Fusarium wilt and its sensitivity to 8 fungicides.The pathogen was isolated by tissue separation method,and its pathogenicity was verified by Koch's rule.According to the morphological characteristics and molecular identification,the pathogens were identified as Fusarium oxysporum.The sensitivity of 8 fungicides to pathogens was determined by mycelial growth rate method.The results showed that Fluazinam,Prochloraz,and Tebuconazole had good inhibitory effect on Fusarium oxysporum.The pathogen was the most sensitive to fluazinam,EC_(50) was 0.020 mg·L^(-1).Carbendazim and Difenoconazole had poor antibacterial effect on the pathogen and were not recommended in production of leisure agriculture lagged behind that of rural economy,which hindered the development of rural economy to a certain extent.
