摘 要:通过对伊田煤业副斜井巷道涌水、渗水现象的调查研究,提出一种注浆加固+堆喷的联合堵水方法,先对巷道表面主要渗漏水处进行深浅孔组合注浆加固,随后在局部渗漏水点去除原表面喷层后堆喷混凝土层封闭井筒表面。现场实施效果表明:副斜井靠近地表段注浆堵水的堵水率在90%以上,注浆堵水效果较好,达到了预期要求,顶板淋水和井筒表面原有渗水点基本消失,可以消除冬季结冰的安全隐患。Based on the investigation and research on the water inrush and seepage phenomenon of the auxiliary inclined shaft of Yitian Coal Industry,a combined water shutoff method of grouting reinforcement+heap spraying is proposed.After removing the original surface spray layer at the local water leakage point,the sprayed concrete layer closes the surface of the wellbore.The on-site implementation results show that the water shutoff rate of the auxiliary inclined well near the surface section of the grouting water shutoff is more than 90%,and the grouting water shutoff effect is good and meets the expected requirements.The roof water spray and the original water seepage point on the wellbore surface basically disappear.It can eliminate the safety hazards of freezing in winter.
