摘  要:马堡煤业15号煤层开采受下部奥灰含水层的威胁,通过数值模拟、理论分析计算、声波探测等手段,研究采场底板岩层破坏规律,探讨奥灰承压水突水危险性,设计的底板注浆改造方案,结果表明:15202工作面回采期间采场底板破坏深度为15.5 m,奥灰承压水存在极大的突水危险性,注浆加固改造后底板破坏深度减小为6.5~7.0 m,工作面涌水量4.3~6.3 m^(3)/h,实现了工作面的带压开采。Mabao Coal Industry 15#coal seam mining is threatened by the lower austenitic ash aquifer.By means of numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and calculation,sound wave detection and other means,the failure law of the rock formation in the stope floor is studied,and the water inrush risk of the confined water of the australian ash is discussed.The concrete floor grouting renovation plan,the results show that the failure depth of the stope floor during the mining of the 15202 working face is 15.5m,and the confined water of the austenitic ash has a great risk of water inrush.After the grouting reinforcement renovation,the floor failure depth is reduced to 6.5~7.0m,the water inflow volume of the working face is 4.3~6.3m^(3)/h,and the mining under pressure of the working face is realized.
