摘 要:煤炭储运过程中常出现煤自燃现象,热棒作为一种新型防灭火技术已在储煤堆自燃防治进行了应用和探讨。本文综述了我国储煤堆自燃特点及影响因素,分析煤堆自燃防治技术的优缺点,提出热棒强化散热,破坏储煤堆蓄热环境的原理及优势。从储煤堆多场耦合方法、热能高效提取利用及自燃综合防控技术3个方面,展望了热棒用于储煤堆自燃防治发展趋势,以期为更好实现热棒-煤堆传热系统研究提供指导。Coal spontaneous combustion often occurs in the process of coal storage and transportation.As a new type of fire-fighting technology,heat pipes have been applied and discussed in the prevention of spontaneous combustion in coal storage piles.This article summarized the spontaneous combustion characteristics and influencing factors of coal storage piles,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of current coal pile spontaneous combustion prevention and control technologies,the method of using heat pipe to strengthen heat dissipation and destroy the heat storage environment of coal pile was put forward.The mechanism of the heat pipe and the advantages of heat removal in coal piles were clarified.The research trend of the application of heat pipe in the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal storage piles was prospected from the three aspects of coal storage pile multi-field coupling method,heat energy efficient extraction and utilization,and spontaneous combustion comprehensive prevention and control technology.To providing guidance for the better realization of the research on the heat pipes-coal pile heat transfer system.
