摘  要:针对石拉乌素煤矿东翼2-2中胶带大巷带式输送机现有启动装置经常出现故障的状况,设计将带式输送机配电及主控系统移至地面,建设一座智能型10 kV开关站,采用普通型高压变频器,实现对井下带式输送机在地面直接驱动供电、远程集中控制,进一步增强了矿井智能化程度。in view of the current situation of frequent failure of the existing starting device of the belt conveyor in the belt roadway 2-2 in the east wing of shilawusu coal mine,the power distribution and main control system of the belt conveyor are designed to be moved to the ground,an intelligent 10kV switching station is built,and the ordinary high-voltage frequency converter is adopted to realize the direct drive,power supply and remote centralized control of the underground belt conveyor on the ground,which further enhances the intelligence of the mine.
