麦捷煤业矿井通风能力核定分析

摘　　要：为了保证麦捷煤业的安全生产,需要对矿井通风能力进行核定。首先,对矿井的需风量进行了计算,主要计算了采煤工作面实际需风量、掘进工作面实际需风量计算以及硐室实际需风量。经过计算,全矿井总需风量为9589 m^(3)/min。根据矿井的通风能力,对采煤工作面的生产能力进行核定。在现有生产条件下核定该矿井的通风能力为195.4万t/a。最后,对矿井的通风能力进行了验证。2台主要通风机性能良好,功率相匹配,工况点运行在单调下降区段,运行合理,都大于矿井需风量(9589 m^(3)/min)。测定阻力1772.46 Pa,等积孔4.41 m^(2)。矿井井下风量分配合理,通风设施齐全,矿井的通风网络能力能够满足矿井195.4万t/a的需要。In order to ensure the safe production of Maijie Coal,it is necessary to verify the mine ventilation capacity.First of all,the air demand of the mine is calculated,mainly calculating the actual air demand of the coal mining face,the actual air demand calculation of the tunneling face,and the actual air demand of the chamber.After calculation,the total air demand of the whole mine is 9589 m^(3)/min.According to the ventilation capacity of the mine,the production capacity of the coal mining face is verified.Under the current production conditions,the mine's ventilation capacity is 1.954 million tons/year.Finally,the ventilation capacity of the mine was verified.The performance of the two main fans is good,the power is matched,the operating point is operating in the monotonous descent section,the operation is reasonable,and both are greater than the mine demand(9589 m^(3)/min).The measured resistance is 1772.46 Pa,and the equal volume hole is 4.41 m^(2).The underground air volume distribution of the mine is reasonable,the ventilation facilities are complete,and the ventilation network capacity of the mine can meet the needs of 1.954 million t/a of the mine.
