摘　　要：通过分享1例以截瘫为唯一症状的主动脉夹层病例的临床资料,结合相关文献,探讨该病的诊疗思路,减少或避免临床误诊。By sharing the clinical data of 1 case of aortic dissection with paraplegia as the only symptom and combining with relevant literature,the diagnosis and treatment ideas of this disease were discussed to reduce or avoid clinical misdiagnosis.
