平潭传统石厝民居建筑特征及其价值分析

摘　　要：平潭传统石厝民居是海岛人民智慧的结晶,也承载着海岛人民的深切乡愁。随着平潭城市建设发展,大量的传统石厝民居面临着被拆除废弃等问题,石厝民居在城市更新中如何更好地续存成为一道难题。鉴于石厝民居拥有的历史价值与文化价值,研究与保护传统石厝民居并制定行之有效的“再利用”对策已经迫在眉睫,本文通过对平潭传统石厝民居的文献研究与现场调研,展示建筑的基本特征,分析建筑的保护价值,为石厝民居未来的保护与再利用提供准确的基础资料。The traditional Stone dwellings of Pingtan have been long regarded as the fruits of wisdom by local residents, which is also the object of deep homesickness. with the development of municipal construction, a large number of traditional Stone dwellings has currently been fallen into desuetude or possibility of being demolished. Consequently, how to restore the stone buildings has become one of the most pressing problems in promoting rural development. The research of traditional Stone dwellings is urged to find effective reuse methods which based on the historical and cultural values of stone dwellings. This article will comprehensively demonstrate the features of traditional stone dwellings in Pingtan based on literature and field investigations, and aim at providing accurate information for the conservation and adaption reuse of the Stone dwellings in Pingtan.
