摘  要:为了满足激光器高速、远距离传输信号的需求,设计了一款有源终端结构激光器驱动电路。采用连续时间线性均衡电路对具有信道损耗的输入信号进行高频补偿。通过电感峰化和负电容技术来提高电流模式结构缓冲级的3 dB带宽。为了提高驱动能力,增加了预驱动器电路,并且设计了共模反馈电路来稳定预驱动器电路的输出共模点,从而确保输出级所需的直流工作电压。单端输出的驱动电路采用桥接电阻吸收反射信号,并通过模拟负载使两端电压变化相同。该电路基于CMOS 65 nm工艺实现,后仿真结果表明,在数据传输速率为40 Gibit/s时,驱动电路输出94 mA的调制电流和121.2 mA的偏置电流,二者均有20 mA的可调电流,具有良好的输出眼图,抖动为2.1 ps。To meet the requirements of high-speed and long-distance signal transmission,an active terminal structure laser drive circuit was designed.A continuous time linear equalization circuit was used to compensate the high frequency channel loss of the input signal.The 3 dB bandwidth of the buffer stage based on the current mode structure was increased through the inductance peaking and negative capacitance techniques.In order to improve the driving capability,a pre-driver circuit was added,and a common mode feedback circuit was designed to stabilize the output common mode point of the pre-driver circuit,thereby ensuring the DC operating voltage required by the output stage.The single-ended output drive circuit absorbed the reflected signal through the bridge resistor,and simulated the load to make the voltage change at both ends the same.The circuit is realized with CMOS 65 nm process.The post-simulation results show that the drive circuit outputs a modulation current of 94 mA and a bias current of 121.2 mA when the data transmission rate is 40 Gibit/s,both of which have an adjustable current of 20 mA and have a good output eye diagram with the jitter of 2.1 ps.
