图书馆中文图书编目外包数据质量控制分析

摘　　要：文章首先介绍了外包业务的起源及发展,再介绍了中国的图书馆界进行图书编目业务外包的优势,然后整理了某图书馆编目审校部门2018年4-9月抽检的3家编目外包公司提交的中文图书书目数据,根据书目数据的类型分类,研究各个不同字段对中文图书书目数据质量的影响。结果显示3XX字段、2XX字段、6XX字段编目错误无论在数量上还是关联性上都处于关键位置,减少3XX字段、2XX字段、6XX字段的数据错误量不仅可以减少其自身的错误数量,还能减少0XX字段、5XX字段等其他字段的数据错误量,这样可以更快地减少中文图书编目错误数据数量,大幅提高图书馆书目数据整体质量。The article first introduces the origin and development of outsourcing business,then introduces the advantages of Chinese libraries in book cataloguing business outsourcing,then sorts out the Chinese book bibliography data submitted by three cataloguing outsourcing companies sampled by a library’s cataloguing review department from April to September 2018,and studies the impact of different fields on the quality of Chinese book bibliography data according to the type of bibliography data.The results show that the cataloging errors of 3XX field,2XX field and 6XX field are in a key position in terms of quantity and relevance.Reducing the amount of data errors of 3XX field,2XX field and 6XX field can not only reduce the number of errors,but also reduce the amount of data errors of 0XX field,5XX field and other fields.In this way,the amount of cataloging error data of Chinese books can be reduced faster,greatly improve the overall quality of library bibliographic data.
