摘 要:图书馆员是高校图书馆学习支持服务的关键要素之一。文章在学习支持服务背景下,探究高校图书馆员新的角色定位。通过研究分析提出在学习支持服务背景下,馆员的角色应该是信息知识的支持者、工具技术的保障者和社交互动的参与者,这样的馆员在学习支持服务下更易被读者感知,进而能够更好地促进读者对知识的学习和创新,赋能读者发展。Librarians are one of the key elements of learning support services in university libraries.Under the background of learning support service,this paper explores the new role orientation of university librarians.Through research and analysis,it is proposed that in the context of learning support services,the role of librarians should be the supporter of information knowledge,the supporter of tool technology and the participant of social interaction.Such librarians are easier to be perceived by readers under learning support services,which can better promote readers’learning and innovation of knowledge and empower readers’development.
