摘　　要：针对当前工程应用型人才培养存在的问题,基于OBE教育理念,按照工程教育专业认证的要求,以学生为中心,以成果产出为导向,文章从培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系、教学设计、评价机制、持续改进等方面着手,建立了符合应用型本科高校办学规律、具有区域特色的机械专业工程应用型人才培养模式,为工程应用创新型人才培养提供了有力支撑。Aimed at the existing problems on engineering application-oriented talent training,based on the concept of OBE education and the requirement of engineering education certification,the talent training mode was established with the consistency of university regularity and had regional characteristics of mechanical profession engineering application.This training mode is student-focused and output-oriented,with the consideration of training objectives,graduation requirements,curriculum system,teaching design,evaluation mechanism,continuous improvement,etc,which provided a strong support for innovative talent training of engineering application.
