摘 要:知识交易是开放式创新下企业获取关键性资源的重要途径。文章在知识交易系统中,基于网络权力的差异,利用博弈论方法与数值分析,构建了两类博弈模型,即分散决策与集中决策模型并进行均衡分析。结果显示:知识收益与知识产品创新度呈正相关关系;分散决策下网络权力是影响知识交易双方收益的关键因素;集中决策有利于提升创新网络总收益,但有效治理机制的缺失容易导致知识交易困境,据此设计了成本分担-收益共享契约协调机制,促使其收益趋向于集中决策这一最优决策模式。Knowledge trading is an important way for companies to obtain key resources under open innovation. In the knowledge trading system, this paper is based on the difference of network power, and uses game theory and numerical analysis to construct two types of game models: decentralized decision-making model and centralized decision-making model. The paper also makes equilibrium analysis. The results show that knowledge income is positively correlated with knowledge product innovation,that network power is the key factor that affects the benefit of both parties in knowledge transaction under decentralized decision making, and that centralized decision-making is beneficial to improving the total revenue of innovation network, but the lack of effective governance mechanism tends to lead to knowledge trading dilemma. Therefore, a cost-sharing and revenue-sharing contract coordination mechanism is designed to make the revenue of innovation network tend towards the optimal decision-making mode of centralized decision-making.
