摘 要:为了提高苎麻地上部镉富集能力,减少苎麻修复中重度镉污染土壤的年限。以苎麻171品种为材料进行镉污染大田试验,喷施不同浓度乙烯利(ETH)与KH_(2)PO_(4)、KNO_(3)复配液,探讨其对苎麻镉富集能力、纤维产量及纤维细度的影响。结果表明:镉转运系数随喷施ETH浓度升高而提升,ETH(200ppm)处理的转运系数为1.45,显著高于对照和复配处理组合;苎麻品种171在ETH(100ppm)处理下地上部对镉的年提取效率达到了2.55%,复配液对纤维细度和纤维产量有显著增强作用;通过隶属函数计算,最佳处理是ETH(100ppm),其可提升苎麻镉富集能力和纤维细度。ETH与KH_(2)PO_(4)、KNO_(3)复配液通过提高苎麻地上部镉富集能力,从而改善土壤镉污染情况,同时还能增加苎麻的经济效应,该试验结果在镉污染土壤治理领域有重要参考价值。In order to improve the cadmium enrichment capacity of ramie, reduce the number of years for ramie to repair moderately and severely cadmium-contaminated soil, a field experiment of cadmium pollution was carried out, and the compound solution of different concentrations of ethephon(ETH), KH;PO;and KNO;was sprayed on ramie 171 to explore its effect on the cadmium enrichment capacity, fiber yield and fiber fineness of ramie. The results showed that: the transport coefficient of cadmium increased with the concentration increasing of sprayed ETH, The transport coefficient of ETH(200 ppm) treatment was 1.45, which was significantly higher than the control and compound treatment combinations. The annual cadmium extraction efficiency of ramie variety 171 under ETH(100 ppm) treatment reached 2.55%. The compound solution has a significant effect on fiber fineness and fiber yield with the best treatment of ETH-100 ppm. Based on membership function, which can improve the cadmium enrichment capacity and fiber fineness of ramie. This study demonstrated that the compound solution of ETH, KH_(2)PO_(4) and KNO_(3) could improve the cadmium accumulation capacity of ramie and thus alleviate soil cadmium pollution, which provide important reference for cadmium-contaminated soil remediation.
