摘 要:我国配煤炼焦工业长期受强黏结性煤思想束缚,部分钢铁联合企业焦化厂由于过度追求高反应后强度(CSR)焦炭,导致变质程度相对较低的1/3焦煤利用受到一定限制。分期采集了首钢京唐公司四批高炉焦炭试样(对应的龙煤(LM)1/3焦煤配比分别为6%(质量分数,下同),7%,8%和9%),对四批焦炭的各项传统质量评价指标进行了测定(包括工业分析、硫元素含量、机械强度和热性质指标(CRI/CSR)),并采用自主研制的新装置对焦炭综合热性质指标进行了测定。此外,为解释焦炭表观性质变化,对焦炭的微观结构进行了表征(包括光学组织和气孔结构)。结果表明:随着采用的LM 1/3焦煤配比增加,传统焦炭质量评价指标中,A_(ad)和S_(t,d)的质量分数有所降低,冷态的机械强度(抗碎强度(M_(40))及耐磨强度(M_(10)))保持稳定,传统热性质指标(CRI/CSR)变化不大,在焦炭综合热性质指标中,对低中温热性能评价指标影响不大,中温热性能评价指标得到改善,高温热性能评价指标略有提高;焦炭微观结构参数中,光学组织结构的细粒镶嵌含量增多,气孔结构的小孔径数量增多。1/3焦煤配比增加引起焦炭微观结构变化可以很好解释焦炭表观综合热性能的改善。由于焦炭综合热性质评价新方法从原理上更能模拟焦炭在高炉中的溶损劣化行为,因此其指标改善为继续扩大使用LM 1/3焦煤提供了一定理论空间。China’s coal blending and coking industry have long been bound by the idea of strongly caking coals, and some of the coking plants of steel complexes excessively pursued cokes with high strength after reaction(CSR) value, which resulted in a certain restriction on the utilization of relatively low rank 1/3 coking coal resources. Four batches of coke samples were collected from the blast furnace owned by Shougang Jingtang Company, and the proportions of the Longmei(LM) 1/3 coking coal were 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%. The traditional quality evaluation indexes of the four batches of cokes were determined, including proximate analysis, sulfur content, mechanical strength, and thermal property index.The comprehensive thermal property indexes of the coke samples were also determined by a device independently developed by the authors. In addition, in order to understand the change in the apparent properties of the coke, the microstructures of coke samples, including the optical texture and the pore structure, were characterized. The results show that, for the traditional coke quality evaluation indexes, with the increase in the proportion of LM 1/3 coking coal, the ash and sulfur contents(A_(ad) and S_(t,d)) decrease, while the mechanical strength indexes(crushing strength M_(40) and abrasion strength M_(10) ) remain stable, and the traditional thermal property indexes(CRI/CSR) change little. For the coke comprehensive thermal property indexes, the effect of the proportion of LM 1/3 coking coal on the low-medium temperature thermal property index is not significant. However, with the increase in the proportion of LM 1/3 coking coal, the medium-temperature thermal property indexes are improved, and the high-temperature thermal property indexes are also slightly improved. For the coke microstructure parameters, with the increase in the proportion of LM 1/3 coking coal, the content of fine mosaic texture in the optical structure increases, and the number of small-diameter pores also increases.
