摘 要:研究增强体织物原料对RTM复合板材力学性能的影响。采用RTM复合工艺制备了以玄武岩纤维织物、涤纶织物和碳纤维织物为增强体的环氧树脂基复合板材。通过测试增强体织物和复合板材的拉伸、弯曲性能,对各复合板材力学性能进行分析探讨。结果表明:板材的力学性能主要取决于增强体织物的力学特性,以伸长率较大的涤纶织物为增强体的复合板材,其拉伸、弯曲性能与玄武岩纤维织物和碳纤维织物增强体复合板材差异较大,在承受载荷时表现出更明显的塑性变形,但拉伸断裂强度和弯曲断裂强度明显较低。认为:实际应用中应根据复合板材使用需求选择织物增强体。Influences of reinforcement material on mechanical property of RTM composite sheet were studied.Epoxy resin composite sheet with basalt fabric,polyester fabric and carbon fiber fabric as reinforcement were prepared through RTM composite process.By testing tensile and bending properties of reinforcement fabrics and composite sheet,mechanical properties of each composite sheet were analyzed and discussed.The test results showed that mechanical property of the sheet were mainly determined by mechanical property of reinforcement fabric.For composite sheet with polyester fabrics of larger elongation as reinforcement,its tensile and bending properties showed large differences with those composite sheets with basalt fabric and carbon fiber fabric as reinforcement.Under load,it showed more obvious plastic deformation.But the breaking strength and bending broken strength were obviously lower.It is considered that fabrics for reinforcement should be chosen according to usage requirements of composite sheet in practical application.
