摘 要:探讨不同铺设角度制备所得玄武岩纤维织物增强复合板材的拉伸和弯曲性能。以玄武岩纤维织物为增强体,环氧树脂为基体,真空辅助树脂传递模塑工艺制备复合板材。在纤维体积含量相同条件下,织物铺设角度设计为0°、30°、45°,并对各复合板材的拉伸和弯曲性能进行测试。结果表明:增强织物的铺设角度对复合板材的力学性能影响显著,织物铺设角度越小,复合板材韧性越低,弹性模量越大,拉伸断裂强度和弯曲破坏载荷也越大,板材承载后表现为脆性破坏;织物铺设角度增大,复合板材承载后表现为塑性破坏,破坏载荷减小。认为:应结合复合板材使用需要设计铺设角度。Tensile and bending properties of basalt fiber fabric reinforced composite sheet prepared with different layup angle were discussed.Composite sheet was prepared with basalt fiber fabric as reinforcement,epoxy resin was used as base and vacuum assisted resin transfer molding process was used.Under condition of same fiber volume content,fabric layup angles were designed as 0°,30°and 45°.And tensile and bending properties of each composite sheet were tested.Test results showed that influence of reinforce fabric layup angle on mechanical property of composite sheet was obvious.The smaller the fabric layup angle was,the lower toughness of composite sheet was,the larger the elastic modulus was,the larger the breaking tensile strength and bending breaking load was.Sheet after loading was showed brittle fracture.When fabric layup angle was increased,composite sheet after loading was showed plastic fracture and the breaking load was decreased.It is considered that layup angle should be designed combining usage requirement of the composite sheet.
