摘  要:探讨纤维材料和编织角度对纤维增强复合管材力学性能的影响。采用碳纤维、涤纶工业丝、高强聚乙烯纤维,分别编织不同角度(30°、45°和60°)的管状增强体,经环氧树脂复合后对最终复合管材进行三点弯曲和横向压缩性能的测试分析,并在体视显微镜下观察复合管材的破坏形态。结果表明:碳纤维复合管材的弯曲载荷和横向压缩最大载荷均优于涤纶工业丝和高强聚乙烯纤维复合管材,但碳纤维复合管材在弯曲和压缩测试中出现了纤维和树脂的脆性断裂,材料被彻底破坏,而涤纶工业丝和高强聚乙烯纤维增强的复合管材韧性较好;相同原料的增强体,编织角为30°时,复合管材的三点弯曲性能最好,60°时横向压缩性能最好。认为:增强体的纤维材料和编织角度对复合管材的最大载荷、弯曲性能和压缩性能有显著影响。Influence of fiber material and weaving angle on mechanical property of fiber reinforced composite tube was discussed.Carbon fiber,polyester industrial filament and high strength polyethylene were used to wove tube reinforcement with different angles(30°,45°and 60°).After epoxy resin composite,three-point bending property and transverse compression property of final composite tube were tested and analyzed.The failure mode of the composite sheet was observed under stereoscopic microscope.Test results showed both bending load and transverse compression maximum load of carbon fiber composite tube were better than those of composite tube of polyester industrial filament and high strength polyethylene fiber.However,fiber and resin brittle fractures were shown during bending and compressing test of carbon fiber composite tube.The material was completely destroyed.But toughness of the composite tube reinforced of polyester industrial filament and high strength polyethylene fiber was better.With same reinforcement material,when weaving angle was 30°,three-point bending property of the composite tube was the best.When weaving angle was 60°,the transverse compression property was the best.It is considered that the influences of reinforcement material and weaving angle on maximum load,bending property and compression property of composite are obvious.
