摘 要:探讨一机两线清梳联系统的工艺优化及其节能效果。采用“一抓,一开,双混,双清,双除,多排,多梳”工艺流程,通过调节各部件工艺速度、各出棉口、排杂口压力等参数,提高了清梳联设备的开松除杂效果;优化配置梳棉机关键部件速度和集尘箱压力;对清梳联配套除尘系统进行变频控制,并优化排风参数,最终改善了成纱质量,并实现除尘系统节能17.8%的效果。Process optimization and energy saving effect of one plucker two lines blowing-carding unit system were discussed.Process flow of“one plucker,one opening machine,two blending machine,two picker,two cleaner,more impurity removel and multiple carding machine”was adopted.By adjusting process speed of each part,each processing parameters,opening and impurity removal effect of blowing-carding unit were improved.Speed of key parts and dust box pressure of carding machine were optimized and configurated.Frequency converting control was performed on blowing-carding unit matched dust removal system.Exhaust air parameters were optimized.Yarn quality was finally improved.17.8%energy saving effect of dust removal system was achieved.
