机采棉普梳针织布面棉粒的控制措施

摘  要:探讨采用机采棉纺制C 18.5 tex针织布面棉粒的控制措施。在生产实践中针对机采棉的特性,主要对清梳工艺参数进行优化,并侧重对杂质的分离与排除,同时减少因纤维纠缠、包裹而产生的棉结和纤维束。通过一系列措施,最终使布面效果得到明显改善,满足了用户的使用要求。认为:机采棉中的杂质是影响布面棉粒的主要因素,通过工艺优化、严格生产管理等措施可以有效降低布面棉粒数量。Control measures of cotton grains on C 18.5 tex knitted fabrics produced by machine-picked cotton were discussed.In production practice,aiming at property of machine-picked cotton,picking and carding processing parameters were mainly optimized,separation and elimination of impurities were emphasized,neps and fiber bundles caused by fiber entanglement and wrapping were reduced.Through adopting a series of measures,effect of cloth surface had been significantly improved,which met user's requirements.It is considered that impurities in machinepicked cotton are the main factors which affecting cotton grains on cloth surface,number of cotton grains on cloth surface can be effectively reduced by adopting measures such as processing parameters optimization and strict production management.
