摘　　要：分享№21C⁃S型络筒机槽筒电机驱动板的故障维修方法。剖析了该自动络筒机的驱动PCB电路,绘制了槽筒电机驱动板的电气原理图,分析了有关电路的工作原理,以实例的形式,对逆变桥功率模块击穿、主机显示故障代码“6B”“66”“80”的故障进行了剖析,并提出了维修思路和建议。认为:认真分析设备的电气原理就能针对故障发生原因进行有效维修。Fault maintenance method for the motor drive board of№21C-S winder grooved drum was summarized.Drive PCB circuit of the automatic winder was analyzed,electrical schematic diagram of grooved drum motor drive board was drawn,working principle of related circuit was analyzed.In the form of an example,inverter bridge power module breakdown and the fault code displayed by the main unit“6B”“66”and“80”were analyzed,maintenance ideas and suggestions were put forward.It is considered that careful analysis of equipment electrical principle can effectively repair the fault for the causes.
