摘  要:本文以广州某高端镀锌汽车板机组连续退火炉内抽鼓式W型辐射管烧嘴为例,详细阐述了该类型烧嘴的设备结构及工作原理,为了将每个烧嘴的燃烧效率调整到最佳状态即燃气燃烧充分、热量损失最小化,在生产前需要对所有烧嘴的燃气和助燃空气比例进行调整。调整过程主要分为三个阶段:烧嘴气体压力平整调整、废气残余氧含量调整、空气过剩系数调整。通过调整,最终确定最佳的空气过剩系数以及各个烧嘴的助燃空气、燃气流量配比,保证了最佳燃烧效果。另外,本文还对在生产过程中出现的烧嘴故障的维护处理,作了适当的介绍。Taking the W-type radiant tube burner in the continuous annealing furnace of a high grade galvanized automobile sheet line in Guangzhou as an example,the equipment structure and working principle of this type of burner are described in detail. In order to adjust the combustion efficiency of each burner to the best state,that is,the gas combustion is sufficient and the heat loss is minimized. Before production,the ratio of fuel gas and combustion air of all burners needs to be adjusted. The adjustment process is mainly divided into three stages:burner gas pressure leveling adjustment, exhaust gas residual oxygen content adjustment and excess air ratio adjustment. The best combustion effect is achieved after the final best excess air ratio and the air and gas flow ratio of each burner are set up. This paper also introduces the maintenance and treatment of burner failure in the production process.
